Housing

We at Rome no problem have access to a wide range of housing in and around the north-western suburbs of Rome. In the main we deal directly with home owners thereby securing a more competitive end result for their requirements. We do however also work in conjunction with all the respectable real estate agents in the area.

Our modus operandi in this regard is to draw up a list of a suitable alternative houses or apartments from which our clients can make an informed decision. We then arrange viewings to these houses and, once they have selected the house of their choice, assist them in the negotiation of the contract. We would also be on hand to ensure that they at all times are fully conversant with the content of the contract, including where necessary an early exit clause or other specific requirements are inserted, and then assist with the final signing of the contract.

The criteria we use when searching for an accommodation is fairly straight forward. We need to know the monthly budget, if proximity to stations, places of work and schools is important, as well as the other basic needs, for example: furnished or unfurnished, number of bedrooms, garden, pool, carport, etc.



Administration

We at Rome no problem are well placed to help you with all and any administrative issues that you may encounter when you first arrive in the Eternal city. These may vary from obtaining your “Codice Fiscale” from the “Ministero delle Finanze” to your “Permesso di Soggiorno” from the “Ministero dell’Interno” and everything in between.

  • NO we do not offer academic courses about Italian history, art, the economy, etc.
